The steps to start coaching

Initial Consultation
Get in touch with us if you want to do your students a favor. We will arrange an appointment for a free initial consultation and discuss our offer and your questions in detail.

Signing of the letter of intent to participate
After we have convinced you of our services, we will send you a letter of intent to participate following our initial meeting. This is non-binding, but will help us to acquire partner companies.

Survey of the individual interests of the students
Afterwards, we introduce the coaching program to the participating students and assess their individual areas of interest.

Presentation of the partner companies & signing of the cooperation agreement
Based on the students' individual areas of interest, we introduce interested partner companies from the respective areas and exchange ideas with each other. Once all details have been clarified, the school, partner company and ResCoach sign the cooperation agreement.

Recruitment/training of coaches
As soon as the contract is signed, we immediately start looking for suitable people to train as ResCoach.

start of coaching
Once the coaches have completed their training, nothing stands in the way of starting our project. We will begin coaching as soon as possible and provide the students with individual and practical training!
